2nd grade: Randy? Rudy? Wait... Randolph Caldecott!

1st grade: Uh... we forgot. But it's NOT Rudolph 'cause that's a reindeer.

Kindergarten: Randolph Caldecott! It's a FANCY name!

Me: ... and WHAT is the award called?

5th grade: The Caldecott Award and Medal!

4th grade: The Caldecott Award!

3rd grade: The Caldecott medal! And you don't wear it, it just sits in a box!

2nd grade: The Caldecott medal!

1st grade: There's the gold Caldecott medal and then there's the silver Caldecott Honor medal!

Kindergarten: The A-P-R-I-C-O-T Award!!!!!!!!
